Terms of Service

Wholesale Purchasing Requirements:  In order to purchase my work on wholesale terms you must have a retail establishment and a valid resale license. Minimum Purchase:  The minimum purchase for wholesale orders is 12 pieces or $150, whichever threshold you reach first.

Lead Time:   The turnaround time for wholesale orders is 1 – 2 weeks. I promise I will get it to you as quickly as I can. If you need something by a particular date, please let me know ahead of time and I will let you know if I can make your deadline. Please also think ahead for your holiday orders, as this is the busiest season and I am on the road, doing art and craft shows, a LOT during this time.

Shipping:  Stone Circle Studio ships via UPS ground or USPS to the U.S. and Canada. We add a $2.00 shipping and handling charge to all orders.

Returns:  There are no returns on wholesale orders. If you are unhappy with your order, please call and I will be happy to discuss possible options.

Privacy Policy:   Stone Circle Studio does not share your information with anyone. All credit card information is accepted over a secure, encrypted connection. I will send the occasional email to our customers about special offers. You can choose to opt out of these if you would like.

Stone Disclosure:  The gemstones I work with are all unique creations. No two stones are ever the same, and every piece of, let's say, picture jasper is different from every other piece of picture jasper. In some stones the natural variations from piece to piece is quite dramatic. So it must be emphasized that the stones you receive may vary quite a bit from the ones pictured here. I do promise to send you a beautiful collection¬¬ trust that I want them to sell quickly for you so that you'll reorder just as quickly from me!

I've chosen the photos below to give you an idea of how widely the stones can vary from one to another. It really is incredible! It is part of why I never cease to be amazed by them.
